Our red cabbage peanut slaw is packed full of delicious crunchy veggies — sliced bell peppers, grated carrots and radishes, red cabbage, roasted peanuts, and topped off with our savory Thai peanut sauce. What better to accompany this peanut slaw than that salty sweet favorite General Tsao's tofu. We marinate the tofu in a Tsao's marinade, then roast it in the oven with more General Tsao's sauce, creating a deliciously saucy tofu. I'm hungry, are you?

We use 100% buckwheat noodles (GF & whole grain!!) in our soba noodle dishes at Sprinly. Tossed lightly in nutty toasted sesame oil, these noodles are so tasty you could snack on them alone! But that would be boring — so we added our classic peanut sauce (it has a kick!), house marinated tofu, and some beautiful fresh vegetables — carrots and broccoli.
