Who doesn’t love a nice pesto with pasta. Delicioso! But with all that oil and cheese it can be a little heavy. We reduced the amount of extra virgin olive oil traditionally in a pesto, replaced the cheese with Sprinly’s very own Parm (it's in the pesto!), and added A LOT of veggies to give this classic take a healthy twist.
