Mac and "Cheese"
with BBQ Jackfruit
We were hearing how our clients LOVE our Mac & "Cheese"... so we wanted to give you another version, which just might knock your socks off. We paired our plant-based Mac and Cheese with super savory and sweet BBQ Jackfruit. We sauté the Jackfruit in BBQ spices, then simmer it in our house BBQ sauce. Top it all off with some broccoli and almond "bacon bits", and you have yourself a wholesome plate straight from the BBQ pit.

Just okay. The Jackfruit is flavored with BBQ sauce but the Jackfruit tastes out of place. The "cheese" is lumpy and less than flavorful.
Tasted fine, very cinnamon like...not so much BBQ
Loved the jack fruit. Didn't like the Mac and cheese. Would love the option to put this with a salad!
Mac and "Cheese" with BBQ Jackfruit
Why do you call it BBQ?? Smelled & tasted like chili. I like the taste of chili however, the seasonings were overwhelming & concentrated. Not edible & tossed both entrees into trash. So disappointed because I love BBQ & was looking forward to try jackfruit. You certainly have to change the name & look into the seasonings for this recipe
