well prepared. All ingredients are packaged in individual recyclable containers with tasty sauces. Meals contain sufficient protein,
are easy to prepare and are lightly salted. Additional salt is required to taste. All packaging is recyclable including the cold packs which are filled with a nontoxic gel.
